Terms and Conditions

All Northbury Hotel and Conference Centre guests are subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel as stated on our website. Where a third party company or organization is involved and they do not honor these terms and conditions the guest agrees to be held responsible for them, including payment in full amount of the invoice provided.

All room nights are subject to a $5.00 service charge separate from the room rate that has been quoted.

All rates quoted are subject to municipal, provincial and federal taxes that apply.

The Northbury Hotel and Conference Centre reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event guest leaves earlier than the original departure date.

Guests with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.

All reservations are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy where the full amount of the first night will be charged in circumstances where the reservation is canceled within this period.

Only registered guests with valid identification will be issued additional key cards or be allowed access into the hotel room by Hotel management, in case key-cards are misplaced or lost.

Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secured at all times. The Northbury Hotel management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms.

Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or any internal.external areas of the Hotel. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors.

Our hotel is designated a non-smoking area and as such, guests will be subject to a fine of $250.00 per occurrence if evidence of smoking is found in the hotel premises and they may be asked to vacate the property. The guest will also be responsible for any outstanding room charges associated with the reservation.

Guests agree and acknowledge that when entering and using the unsupervised Gym, they do so at their own risk and that Hotel Management shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death or property loss and/or damage.

The hotel has designated certain rooms as pet friendly. There is a $15.00 charge associated with our pet friendly rooms and all pets must be registered on arrival. Failure to register your pet at check-in will result in a $65.00 fine.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting updated terms on the Site. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting of the revised terms on this Site.
